Slower Load and Save

I found that Loading and Saving get slow at some point without certain reason.
It was not a save file problem. I backed up my character and reinstalled the game, then load the same character, and it just get fast as normal. I worry this could be a potential game corruption, so I report it here just in case!

OK, now I get a both problems. My game get slowed down for game actions, too!
