Sorrel is an edible herb, often found growing in groves, settlements and roads. In any form it is an appetizer and refrigerant meaning that when used it increases appetite and reduces fever.
It's one of the four herbs that produces seeds when threshed and can thus be cultivated. Due to its short growing period, it's possible to get two harvests each summer. The other cultivable herbs are clayweed, nettle and yarrow.
