hafted axe/spear head quality visible

Make the quality of spear/axe head visible/known when looking at the spear/axe, similar to information regarding bowstring condition when looking at a bow. Currently there's no way to distinguish between two seemingly identical axes/spears with heads of different quality.

I agree. And in same note; it’d be nice if we could inspect arrows the same. “Decent arrowhead on fine birch shaft, one fine arrow” or some such.
