Weatherlore gives you some flavour information about what the weather is like, is it going to rain, is it going to get colder, things like that.

While the information is largely flavour, knowing if it's going to get colder or warmer can be useful in the Winter if you don't have enough clothing to prevent frostbite without a fire. On days you expect it to be cold, you can stay by your camp and prepare the cords and arrows you'll use on the warmer days.
