Hunting will need to be separated into active and passive hunting, as proposed.

Additionally, the mechanics of stealth and such should be worked into it's own entry, with a short overview here, and a more in depth one (including experiments, bugs, etc) on another.

Tree Climbing tip

To find an animal, either climb up on a tree and scan the surroundings, or use your tracking skill to locate some tracks. If you find tracks, follow them to the animal, where you can choose whether or not to zoom in and look for it. An animal will always be on the same screen as you when you first zoom in, but may be obscured by trees or they might not be where you're looking. You will be facing the direction of the animal when you zoom in, so you only need to walk straight ahead.

Is this excerpt still relevant? You can no longer climb trees on world map in latest stable, is it referring to climbing trees on local map? Maybe replace it with suggestion, 'search for high visibility areas such as marshes or hilltops to scan for deer from.' --24.116.8.168 00:11, 12 October 2014 (CEST)KSS
