The Flail skill is the combat skill that determines damage inflicted when striking with flails.
(Flail covers two types of weapons. One is a two-handed infantry weapon, which derives from an agricultural tool. The other is a one handed weapon. They both have a separate striking head which is attached to a handle by a chain, rope or a strap.
