My raw hide has been disappeared after loading game

I skinned lynx and butchered it, and my hide was just disappeared.
Other things like bones, meat cuts and fat are still intact in my inventory.

And you didn't process it further through clean and tan (in which case it might be at your feet, but being process, so it can't be picked up)? Unlikely if the fat is in the inventory (as it's typically used for tanning). Another possibility is inventory overload, i.e. having too many item stacks, in which case some won't be picked up (there's a message about it, but you can possibly miss it if you're in a hurry).

No, it just evaporated when I load my save file.

Okay. If several game days have passed since the issue happened then it's not helpful anymore.
In the future, if this happens again, try to make a backup save as soon as possible, that may reveal something to me.
