Title: Current version mods?

Looking for mods that work with 3.40. Links appreciated. It has been a long time since I've played so I figured I'd let you guys decide what mods I should consider using.

If you are looking for some added realism i would recommend this one:

I just found out about it and have been trying it out with version 3.40. So far it works as expected (bug free) and i must say it is my favorite mod so far!
