Title: How to change keybinds for everything

What files do I edit to change all of they keybinds?
The keybinds for skills are easy to find, but what about all the other menus?

I want to make an ergonomic keybind mod so that my fingers don't have to reach far enough, and ideally both hands should stay locked to the letter keys.

I believe the keys are hardcoded.
But then, I could be wrong.
