Title: Qualities

I have a question about Weapon, Tool and Clothing/Armor Qualities, what qualities are there, what do they affect and how much, also is "Perfect" Quality better or worse than "Masterwork" Quality?

Perfect is used for hides&leathers. Masterwork for manufactured goods (most, not all. E.g. highest quality pot are “beautiful”
