Title: [Fixed - persists in 3.71 patch #1] Cellar Bug

 :'( There is a bug where if you dig a pit under, it destroys the cellar but you dont get the resources used for building it. I think it doesnt make sense not to get back your resources.

Deconstruct (Dismantle) cellar to get resources back
