Title: [Not a bug]Fence requires more tying equipment then requested

For some reason when building a fence even with 4ft of withe the game will want an additional 4ft of withe for some reason. Here is a screenshot of it using 2 instead of the 1 4 foot withe... Not sure why it does this as its not every time. I did not use either of these for any other purpose so I am unsure why any of them would be less then 0.1 shorter or something that may account for this?

This is on version 3.70 Beta 3

Fence requires (2) 4ft. withes denoted by (* 2)
