Title: [3.63 - Not a bug] Weight Penalty zeroed after dropping everything

Noticed that when I drop everything while still wearing clothes, the weight penalty goes to zero. When I reload the game penalty is calculated correctly again.

@Buoidda, I've just tried dropping everything and saving/loading Ukko, still no penalty. As far as I recall, wiki says there is no penalty from wearing clothes if their total weight is less than 1/10 of character weight, so in your case everything seems fine.
