Title: About the Rituals

So I've never been able to get a character with the blood staunching incantation or oath of iron, is there a way to manually write it into the code so I can use it? If it's possible I'd need to know which file to open and what to write, I've modded before but I've got no idea how to get this done.

Can you even roll a character with Oath of Iron anymore?
