Title: 50/50 on Decent/Fine clothing with Fine Fur/Leather

As per subject, what should I modify the skill modifier on the vanilla clothing recipes to get 50% chance for Fine clothing, when using fine raw material?

Oh, bonus points of someone could figure a way to limit perfect furs/leather to get 10%decent/90%Fine.

Somehow I feel both together aren’t doable without Enormous Elk and Mighty Moose...
