Title: Don't see villagers working the fields

The seeds miraculously go into the ground themselves and sprout.

The grown plants magically transport themselves from the field to the village huts.

Where are the villagers working the fields?

Also, if the village is quite small, it should hire the player for field preparation and harvesting work.
In agricultural societies, they usually hire extra hands during the labour intensive periods like harvesting.

Also, one last thing, which is quite devious but entirely possible.
If the Njerp villagers are out tending the field, and the player is taking them on solo, the player has ambush opportunities.

It's planed but not yet implemented.
