Title: Repackaging mod content
Post by: Swayze on August 13, 2018, 01:22:51 AM
So, I recently spend a couple weeks hacking together a comprehensive mod combining Buoddia's, Rainscloth's, and some of my own original material. I have been having a lot of fun testing it but feel it's pretty close to being play-testable. My question is - is it cool if I release it? I'm new to modding so I'm not sure what the right protocol would be. Do I PM those two accounts to make sure it's ok to use their work before releasing it?

From what I know, they don't mind using their work if you credit them.
As long as you give credits, it's all good.

Rad, thanks! I'm excited to release this one, it aggregates a ton of the best & most useful stuff from various mods and adds some *gasp* AHISTORICAL custom weapons and armor for late-game crafting.
