Title: Bears during winter

Im seeing fresh bear tracks during mid winter, arent bear supposed to hibernate? Do anybody have experience with this?

UrW bears don't hibernate currently.

I was just reading all the old changelogs yesterday to catch up on development progress, and I could've sworn I saw notes there mentioning that bears do hibernate properly now.
