Title: [3.82] Foreign Traders near villages can indicate someone is giving out a quest

Foreign Traders near villages that have someone giving out a quest have the dialogue "our (villager name) needs help" as if they live in the village

edit: We were two overworld tiles away from the village, standing in the surrounding field. I tried to use imgur and the insert image feature but it didn't work

small update i managed to get the images down to a size that could be posted.
