Title: [Fixed - persists in 3.80b] Zooming inside the western wall of fortified village

If you enter a fortified village from the western side on the zoomed out map, you end up on top of the wall in the zoomed in map.

This has been like that forever, I guess.
Fixed now with the village generation relocating the wall a bit, so with the earlier visited village it will persists.

Fixed - persists in 3.80 (beta)
