Title: What are you eating today?

Something light hearted and silly for the forum to answer.

Maybe we will learn new recipes and about culinary cultures.

So URW'ers what are you eating today?

I baked a crust-less egg tart thing? It is made with eggs, cheese, potatoes, onions and seasoning. It is something I make and freeze the other portions.

I added red pepper hummus and salad.

Mate, we did something similar, the thing is that I have to look in the dictionary for all the ingredients :D So it's eggs, vegetables, cheese, things like pepper, salt, chilly, etc.

Yesterday was: lox* bagel, chipotle** chicken and rice bowls, dinner was carne asada aka grilled flap steak

Today: eggs Benedict, haven’t decided on lunch or dinner yet. Left over tacos for lunch from yesterday’s dinner is highly probable.

*cold smoked salmon
**smoked jalapeño
