An adventurer is a type of non-player character in the UnReal World.

They're often loners who roam the world and live off the land, occassionally stopping by at various settlements to look for various odd jobs or trading opportunities.

The player character can converse with adventurers, for the sake of barter trade with them, to gather intel about local geography, or to receive offers for various quests (e.g. retrieving some items an adventurer lost at a previous campsite).

Adventurers are generally associated with one of the particular cultures, even if they live and travel on their own and aren't considered full-time members of a village community.
