Cheat Tables?

New user here and wasn't sure where to ask this, since it doesn't exactly fit under modding in the general sense, but are there any cheat tables or other such ways to go about modifying values in the game? This is expressly for the purpose of creating a character for certain challenge scenarios, as well as for general messing around. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Those help a lot, but it seems the wiki needs to update value locations. I'll play around with them though. Thanks a ton!
