3.70b Unfortunate Hunting Trip, items on dead father 'taken'

Chose the unfortunate hunting trip start. Looted the human corpse. Those items were flagged as 'taken'. Went into the first village and they demanded I pay for them.

Privateer:
Even in death you can't avoid back taxes  ;)
