I have a stack of 3 cords in my inventory of 15ft each. I dry some meat, it asks me how many I want to use 1, 2, or 3. When I select 1, it correctly uses 25 feet of cord. But it should not ask me how many to use anymore.

It only requires 10 feet of cord for drying meat. You could cut those down and tie the 5' lengths together. I've seen the same thing. I just chose 1 because I feared it might use all 3 for a single string of meat.

Fixed now. Existence of length property was ignored in bits material requirement code, causing the game to assume the entry was a free choice.
