I remember sleeping with furs made you sleep better or at least there was a comment about the furs on the bed. Did this change?

Stories / Accidental Conflict

I started to plant seeds not in the village but right next to it becouse there was already built prepared soil as you all know. So I built fences around my very few spot where i had spread the seeds. One side of the fence Wall was actually inside the village tiles. They didnt bother. So I could build there.

It looked like one villager was stuck inside my fences or for some reason just didnt leave for days. So in order to 'release' him i Unbuilt one piece of the fence that i had built myself within the village tiles. They got angry and told me to stop. I did it again and they attacked me. I even shot one of them with crossbow and he dropped and i cut his throat (he didnt die, at least never found the body….man i'm violent) and i ran away. After days i went to check my 'farmings' and they dont attack me anymore. Maybe i start to build traps in that town….

On previous edition, i used to gain easy wealth by Trading a quality splitting axe and just make piles and piles of boards.

Since some update it doesnt work anymore becouse the people answer "we already have enough boards". Good. So now i craft paw-board-traps from THEIR boards - they dont mind - and sell those back to them. Then they dont have boards anymore so i can trade with boards. Then after Trading boards to them i can make more paw-boards-traps from their boards that i traded to them.

Its Still broken.

Stories / Slave escape and killed 3 early

I always start with being a slave. So I ran away and 3 Njerpez were following me. My charachter is big, fast and strong. I ran and finally turned to look and hided. I saw only 1 Njerpez following and he was breathless after running and didnt have a bow.

I collected 3 rocks and let him see me and follow me. When he was 2-4 tiles away i threw all the rocks in his face. He got hurt. I hit him with my knife. He dropped his axe and fell and i killed him by throwing more rocks on his face. I took his stuff...

I went back to Njerpez camp and let them see me and ran away so that i could isolate only one of them and gave the same rock treatment and hit him to avbdomen with the axe.

I did it to third Njerpez also. In some point I got a scar on the shoulder so I left but what a great start for the game.

The key was to let them be breathless after the chase and recover myself when i let them approach. I never thought of using rocks as a deadly weapon.

Robbers rob. That's what they do (and did historically). If you won't yield they make you. The unrealistic part is that they don't kill you if you manage to seriously harm or kill any of their number, as that's what robbers typically do in retaliation.


it is a Computer game. If the player keeps getting frustrating set backs that are unavoidable, the game sucks. This applies to all games in the world. No matter what happened historically. Good game feels fair.

Even with 3 dogs I didnt get alert in zoomed-out map of 5 robbers, how realistic is that?
They were allready on my face and the game zoomed in. Couldnt run away.

I totally agree with it being a "survivor tax". Becouse of that I dont play URW anymore.

The robbers show up eventually and rob everything. There is no point playing. I am disappointed time after time. Can you put option to exclude the robbers.

Imagine if in FIFA football game you would lead late in the game By several goals and the game would randomize you to lose for no reason.

Ive played the same mission succesfully several times but now there is simple no big rocks forming a triangle. It says boulders, i guess thats big rocks.

new problem:
I am told that there is a treasúre in Artreitti in spruce mire island. Am in the only spruce mire island in the artreitti but there is no 3 big rocks forming a triangle at all. is it possible that the treasure and the three Stones ran out of time/ expired? it took many days to reach the destination anyways.

Another thing, my dogs keep disappearing when hunting. They chase the game until both of them disappear until forever.

I dont know how to deal with the robbers, who come in groups of 3 and you cant shoot before the stupid conversation the player character just stands there until they introduce themselves. Then they stab me, take my stuff and stab my dog and Ive spent hours of gameplay and its a sudden end.
Problem is you cant run away before they are right next to the PC.
Disapointing.
