Gameplay questions / Help plz! Stuck and going to die lol

So I stupidly backed myself into a 2x1 building to try and clear a village. I learned I'm not ready lol. I am having a really hard time killing enough people to get out of the house, and once I do even more surround me. Is there a file I can delete that will push me back into the overworld map or something? Anything so I don't have to die?

I've tried about 12 times to escape but ultimately have to ctrl alt delete my way out of it.

Gameplay questions / What are some good early game barter items?

I used to use the board method until I got a couple decent tools but it doesn’t seem like this works anymore. Are fox traps or wood cups viable? Thanks for any info all!
