Is there snow on the ground?

No there is no snow on the ground, I have had this character for three winters and this is the first I am seeing this.

My character has always had a walking speed of 8 km/h, however when I loaded the save today his base speed had been lowered to 6 km/h. I am fully rested and even when I am carrying nothing it is still at 6 km/h. Is there a way to fix this?

Bug reports / 3.63 Item duplication glitch

When I was healing myself, I opened the wound and started bleeding. I didn't realize so I started crafting something and bled out in my cabin, however I was able to regain consciousness and stop my bleeding. When I passed out I was holding a Masterwork Northern Bow and when I woke up it was on the floor. I assumed when I bled out that I had dropped it on the floor so I picked it up, but when I went to put it on I had two in my inventory.
