Therapy doesn't cure depression. It makes it worse because you spend hours dwelling on your problems ad infinitum. This hypno-gal seems like she might be exploiting your loneliness and her going rate seems awfully high for someone who is having trouble paying the bills.

I'm just going to point out that this sounds like very dangerous advice.  Not seeking help for mental health issues can result in a horrible downward spiral of debilitation and self harm.  While it's true that you should vet professionals for their credentials and ensure their cost don't run you into debt, not getting help is a very bad option to take.  He states that he's been through some traumatic events in his life, and it has left him feeling dissociated from himself.  That's serious, and he's right not to ignore it.

Bird skins do vary in size, and you can test it by making a trying to make a bandage out of them.

The bandage requires 1.00 lbs of cloth, and you can see the difference in weight by how much more "cloth" you need to make bandage.  Some weight 0.28, some weigh 0.25, some weigh 0.24, ect.

I fail to follow the logic in that.

I do.  Destroying all the buildings marks the place as not a settlement anymore via the games logic.  Otherwise, the settlement still belongs to the original culture, even though it has no inhabitants.  It is possible that the residents may just simply be out hunting or doing whatever, so it doesn't become your settlement until you destroy all the buildings.  You can rebuild all the buildings afterwards, and in a different configuration even if you are inclined.

It will take a few days for the taken tag to clear from the items that previously belonged to the old settlement as well if the tag shows up.  However, I would be super careful about keeping those items separate, and not trading them for at least a few months in-game.  An invisible tag may persist for some time.  The tag should not carry over to items made from the stolen items however as is usually the case with games like these.

Personally, I support projects when they reach a point that I would be happy playing with as is.  I've been "burned" too many times in the past, and even from good developers, I am now always skeptical.  It's nothing personal.

Actually, you can get sword skill relatively high with your starting skills as well.

The battlesword has a higher attack bonus (5) vrs the attack bonus of an axe (4), which means the battlesword will hit more often and score more counter attacks than a battle axe.  Furthermore, you can still boost swordsmanship if you are inclined while setting up a custom character.

1 is plenty, and you can check them once every 6 hours.  I'd check once every 8 hours though, because it would suck to get the timing wrong.

Also, if the corpse is described as "grisly" you wont get a hide regardless.
