Title: [Fixed - persists in 3.40] Turnip seeds are vegetable, hemp seeds are not

So, like the title say - turnip seeds can be used as "Vegetable" ingredients, while hemp seeds can only be seasoning. Interestingly, turnip seeds can also be used as Seasoning.

This wouldn't cause any harm but it's fixed now, persists in 3.40. This was due to old-fashion comparison leftover where every "turnip*" was consdered as vegetable.
Any seeds can be used as seasoning. It's ever so traditional, nutritious, and sometimes even tasty.
