Title: skills location?

hey, i've been opening random files like crazy trying to find where the heck the values for skills are? i'd kind of just want to be able to experience you know, the game vanilla-ish? but not dying right away? but i can't find it anywhere and i can't really understand the modding guide, it isn't really explained there?
in most games like this it's just a number value somewhere that you can easily find and edit and i can't find it and it's driving me nuts, is it in a weirdly named folder or something?

any help is appreciated ^w^
