Title: [Fixed - 3.70beta3] Sneaking while skiing on snow crust does not halve the speed

The title basically sum it up.
Don't know if it is intended or not. However I think, being the only person who knows how to ski in the Iron age, the character probably need no more extra buff to be overpowered in the winter.

Fixed. Persists in 3.70beta3.
