Title: [Fixed - persists in 3.70beta3] Typo

When changes the unit of measurement to metric, the unit of weight remains to be lb instead of kg in the right upper panel.
Good new is the value did converted.

Update: The unit is corrected after reloading the game.

Fixed. It was a missing screen update thingie.
