Title: [3.63] Birch sapling appears as " Sapling"

When I look at the birch sapling, it just says " Sapling".

When I chop it down, I receive a birch sapling like normal and can make birch withes.

I checked with another character in Swidden month, same thing. In Fallow and Harvest months it has a different icon (with foilage) but it still reads " Sapling".

Tried to reproduce but it works ok on my end always saying "Birch sapling". Can anybody else reproduce this?
Feel free to send a savegame and I'll see if it's a location related oddity.

I'm sending a savegame, standing next to a " Sapling". I've seen it with all my characters in this version, though, with every birch sapling, so maybe it's a Linux only bug?

Tried with Linux, but it worked just fine for me. I'm on Ubuntu.
Any other Linux players noticing this? And if so, please let us know your distro also.
