Title: Ability to set aspect ratio 16:9

Hi!
I think it would be a great addition to be able to switch to a 16:9 aspect ratio since all modern screens 16:9.
It could be configurable at .ini for windowed and automatic when fullscreen it's enabled.

Yes, it would be neat. I don't like those lateral black bands :P

Yeah, that's where we are heading at some point -> 16:9.
Requires some rework on the graphics and UI to do it in away that stands some time so this won't happen overnight, but rest assured it will happen.
