Can you create such mod? We could buy such power-ups in villages.

Bear/Mother pipe will get you real high, try them.

As mentioned, those two pipes have the effect you asked about. Coffee is out of the question as it reached that part of the world half a millennium or so later than the UrW timeline.
Alcohol has been humans for an extremely long time, so fermented drinks were presumably present during that era. However, alcohol makes you sleepy, not more wakeful.
