Title: Fence vs Barrier Fence

Not sure if Barrier Fence is actually vanilla or not ... but I don't remember it, anyone know the difference between it and a normal fence??

It is a B AC item and is basically a big rock, so impassable for everything except birds.

If its the rock then I believe it works by changing the map tile into a boulder.
