Title: Removing hooks from fishing rods

Greetings!
I suggest adding the functionality of removing a hook from a fishing rod. Maybe it can be done using [a]pply on fishing rods with hooks but currently that is used as an alternative for the active fishing action.
Background: I have a fishing rod with wooden hook and i bought an inferior fishing rod with iron hook. I'd like to remove the iron hook from the inferior rod and add it to the one that isn't inferior.

This will be featured. The mechanics is likely so that using [a]pply command to a fishing rod on dry land, will open possibility to remove the hook.
