Title: [3.81] Using Textilecraft via the skills window attempts to make a net

Attempting to use textilecraft via the skills menu or the [alt-x] keybinding displays "Using textilecraftnetmaking" in the log and attempts to make a net.

Textilecraft operations are still accessible by using the [M]ake command.

I've managed to narrow down the issue - it seems that this problem only affects the characters migrated from 3.80. For new characters it works fine.

Yes, this is migrated character issue, and the workaround is indeed using the [M]ake command.
But nevertheless, this is fixed now and in the next release the migrated character can also use textilecraft normally from the skills menus or with hotkey.

Fixed - persists in 3.81.
