[Not a bug] Skills are not improving

Bärentill:
Despite surviving two winters and practising a lot my character didn't manage to improve his weatherlore and ritual skills. I guess this might be a bug.

I've already found this issue in version 3.32. I'm sorry that I didn't report it earlier.

PALU:
Ritual doesn't improve at all. Weatherlore does, but it's very slow (my characters check the weather 5-10 times a day, and it's still very slow).
