Title: Ask villagers about well / spring

I reckon it'd be useful to be able to ask villagers in which direction their well / spring is. It can be tricky to locate at times. Also the presumption is that they use the spring in winter times as well, so maybe the tile ought to stay clear of ice and snow even in the winter?

This was implement few versions ago already. What version are you using?
