Title: Skinning doesn't affect carcass weight

When skinning a carcass, the weight doesn't reduce at all (to reflect the weight of the skin and connective tissue, silver skin etc.)

Related to the originally noted issue: carcass with one or two cuts weights less than the bones and fat.
